Emmaus does not share your personal information with anyone not directly associated with the administrative needs to facilitate our domestic and international travels. Any sharing of information is strictly done on a need-to-know basis and when such information is shared, it is the custom of Emmaus to transmit sensitive information via fax rather than the internet. The vast majority of the information you provide on the Application is for internal Emmaus use only. Emmaus is aware of the need to protect your personal information and will do so to the best of its ability. Each Emmaus participant will receive a Notebook of material compiled as a study aid for your program. It is the custom of Emmaus to provide within this Notebook a listing of each participant's mailing address, phone number and email address. This is a group list and is provided in order for you and your fellow participants to communicate with one another after the conclusion of the program. It is the simplest means of providing contact information to all participants in a program. If you do not want your name or contact information included on this group list for distribution, please contact Emmaus and your information will be removed. It is assumed that the above noted personal information is available for group sharing if Emmaus does not receive a specific request from you to remove your information from this list. A fictitious sample listing is provided below as an example of the information provided on this group contact list.
