“Exploring the Biblical World”

May 23-June 6, 2010

Nyack College and ATS invite you to join Dr. Steven Notley on a unique travel opportunity to visit the modern and ancient lands of Syria and Lebanon. These lands provide an opportunity to study ancient cultures and contexts related to the biblical world. Both countries have epic histories and epic archaeological sites to enrich our understanding of OT and NT contexts. With the land as our classroom, with archaeology, history, geography, language and culture as our resources, we will journey back into the religious, political, cultural and geographical environment of ancient Israel's OT and NT northern neighbors. Non-students are welcome to attend.
