Payments must be received by Emmaus prior to the date indicated below.


Please note it is customary for all international travel programs to require full payment 90 days in advance
of a program's departure date. This is common practice within the travel industry because international service
providers place payment deadlines on the program host. Airline reservations, ticketing, and hotels have placed
financial obligations on Emmaus and such obligations must be met. Therefore, it is important for you to recognize
the need for you to pay Emmaus within the guidelines established by our international providers. Emmaus
recognizes that the semester is just beginning and is willing to modify its payment schedule on your behalf, but
there are limits to the payment schedule that must be met. I am sure you understand this requirement and are
willing to do your part to honor the payment schedule provided below. Emmaus hopes this revised
payment schedule will assist you in meeting your financial obligations without hardship.



September 28, 2005
Application and deposit of $300 due.
This payment removes you form any preliminary waiting list or preliminary space available conditions.
Applications received after this date are on a space available condition.

October 28, 2005
$1100 payment due.
This payment secures your roundtrip airline reservations and hotel reservations.

November 28, 2005
$550 payment due.
This payment secures (in part) your incidental daily program fees and hotel fees.

December 14, 2005
$550 payment due.
This payment secures (in full) your incidental daily program fees and hotel fees.
