APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Please print the Application Form, complete it with all current information and mail your application and $200 deposit fee to Emmaus. Once the application and deposit are received you are officially pre-registered for the program. If your application information is incomplete please begin making the necessary arrangements to complete the application in full and forward any incomplete information to Emmaus when available.

Each participant is responsible for his or her airline ticketing. Emmaus has secured the international services of MTS Travel to assist you with your airline and airfare arrangements. You may inquire about airfares and ticketing by emailing Bonnie Mogle at MTS Travel. Her email address is bonniem@mtstravel.com. or 800-418-2929x81315.

December 30, 2003 is the deadline for pre-registration. Any application received after that date is subject to an application surcharge. Any participant that has paid Emmaus or MTS Travel a fee or has paid in full is able to receive a 100% refund of all payments if notice of cancellation is received no later than December 30, 2003. After that date your cancellation is subject to penalty fees as indicated in the program Notes and the Terms and Conditions.
